Darkest Dungeon

Darkest Dungeon interesting dungeon crawler in development which I discovered not long ago.

It has 2d graphics but a pretty cool art style with Lovecraftian enemy types.

Looking forward to trying it out after Early Access and not a second sooner.

That looks really ****ing cool. Some of the art just blew my mind. Particularly the Bounty Hunter wall paper.

dislike the infantile art style (not my cup of team) but gameplay could be interesting :D

I am not a fan of cartoonish style either but that doesn't make a bad game.

It's released on Steam February 3. The art style is fantastic and very fitting for the grim atmosphere they're going for. There's nothing infantile about it, so that seems a mysterious comment.

Bleh, turns out it's not a "real" release today, but that they're simply giving early access to the Alpha version of the game on Steam. They don't expected to deliver the finished game until 2nd wuarter 2015. So still a long wait.
