Custom portraits placement, possible?

I would like that for LoG2 portraits placement could be dragged/locked to different screen positions. Is it possible? Instead of two rows at the lower right corner, you could put them on a single line or could be dragged elsewhere. Not a big issue though, but it could be nice if it could be done.
