Are you here? On the left there is a key. To open the door (to the right), you have to put an object into the empty receptacle in front of the key.

No. There's no such thing in the room. Three plates aligned on the ground, in front of the door, two gratings between. I´ll send you my save, but it will take some hours. Currently on my job with no access.

I think there was a bug with the script when the projectile hits. In fact the script is very big with a sequence of lot of event and it didn't have run in your game correctly (for example the key is spawn via script) It's not a bug related to poor coding, but due to games limitations. I ask to the games too much at once and on some computer it does not go right (at home no problem, and Thide my tester didn't have problem). If you want to take a save before and start again this puzzle, it's fine, otherwise I'll have to sequence this script with different events (but next version).

I think you can. The key open only the door : "hall of illusion".I can cheat to get out of the room and enter the next, though.

Ok thank you for the saves. I was able to understand where the problem is. In fact you've solved the puzzle in a way I had not expected. In fact, only half of the script is run. I will correct it for the next version. For the version you have, takes the autosave just before entering the first time in this room and redid the puzzle otherwise. The solution I had planned is the following:

1. Right teleporter --> move to the right plate --> Right portcullis is open
2. Right teleporter --> Left Teleporter --> Move to the left plate --> Left portcullis is open
3. Place a stone on the middle plate, while remaining on the left plate
4. While the projectile is launched, back to rear and go again on the left teleporter
5. You are teleported out of the room. If you are still in the room when everything changes is that there is a bug.
The problem is in 3, you did not start to put a stone in the middle plate, but to activate the plate without taking the bolt, you went to the middle then quickly putting you on the side not to you obstruct the bolt, keeping the doors open. Hot timing but doable. The problem is that I had not expected you could do that. In the next version you can no longer do that, it's a glitch and that causes a bug.

Now I went to the hall of illusion. Pretty good, but without an automap is impossible

I think I´m stuck again. Maybe a matter of explore more, I don't know. Found two secret buttons: a big one and a lose rock on the wall. I could even find the secret falling in the hole. Reached a lever called "launch of illusion" and I´m walking a lot inside the maze without finding anything else and unable to get out.

You have find the stone skull in the hall of illusion ? That's all there was important to find. The rest concerns secrets and therefore not mandatory. "launch of illusion" is to be able to return in the maze looking for secrets. I have tested, normally you can get out (use the map). I know without automap this puzzle is very hard lol ^^
