Changing portrait/name

Hello,

I would like to start a new game but I have not completed making my party yet. Would it be possible to change only name and a portrait of one of my characters after I start the game? I guess all the information is included in the save game file but it is decoded.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: Or maybe by using the console, but I have no idea what the commands are.

I'd love to see this feature added. Being able to rename and re-portrait after starting would be a really nice feature for a future patch.
