Re: Dual wield damage
Well that was a wrong expectation then.Hyman Hardy wrote:Literally yes it dual-wielding two weapons at the same time but not the attack.
What I expected is not to click both instead of clicking any of it to do the trick.![]()
Wrong. Try to coordinate two weapons at once yourself. It's something totally different compared to handling even the most complicated single weapon.Hyman Hardy wrote:My opinion, as a whole, it's just like holding a single weapon with penalty.
Hint: have a medkit ready when trying this.
What's so hard to understand here? The benefit is that you can attack TWICE while other characters can attack only ONCE!Hyman Hardy wrote:What's the benefit from this skill, really don't have a clue.
Re: Dual wield damage
For me the Dual wield mechanic is fine. Attacking with a second weapon while the first is on cooldown is a *huge* advantage. Seems to me you people want to do away with a click just for the sake of it....
In any case, if you want dual wield, go rogue. It has a less severe penalty (-25%). If you want to use strength-based weapons go Mino Rogue, while for dex weapons you should choose Lizardman or Ratman (ofcourse *light* weapons ONLY). Trait accordingly. Also you'll want to max Light Weapon so you can dual wield almost anything. You can have each Light weapon with a special move on it (!). Now add Backstab and/or Reach
Cheers !

Re: Dual wield damage
Of course we have another attack, some people save it for a better strategy use, I want to attack twice at the same momentDr.Disaster wrote:Well that was a wrong expectation then.Hyman Hardy wrote:Literally yes it dual-wielding two weapons at the same time but not the attack.

I know we could strike almost at once, but it's only in the first turn if you hold different weapons. What's so hard to understand here? That's why I try to use two weapons with identical condition.
