.. or do unearthed treasures in fact contain random loot?

Just started my 3rd party and naturally did a bit of treasure hunting along the path to uncover stuff in those chests that i had not received before. For example the last chest contained a Tome of Health and i know that chest never gave me one before.

Seems to be randomized even if you reload a save, at least the graves on the cemetery are.
