Here's something I found out about food while playing the game:

Since I have a Ratling in my party, it seemed appropriate to feed him all the cheese. Eventually, he gained +1 Willpower from eating a cheese! I'll keep feeding him cheese and see if this happens again, or if he gains some other kind of bonus. I think what happened was no coincidence.

The increase hits a random stat. During Beta i had it happen for Strength and Dexterity.

1- i notice it's always 3,4,5 and so on i suppose.

2- Insectoid do the sam with that spiked fruit, unsure if the ratio is the same since i fuond it just now...
