Has anyone figured out how to get the plate looking like item on level 4? None of the pits seem to drop you behind the gates. Thanks

I'm having this issue as well.

Edit: I prefer hints, but if its impossible then, whatever.

Via pits you can travel one level down, to travel to a location that is on the same level use ....

hmmm, i tried every pit in level 4 and nothing had a teleporter in it. Guess I'll have to keep trying.

It is teleporter ON the pit, not In the pit. Look for the teleporter not just in space, but also in time...

Right, I was talking about the book, I've found the plate too / i think there is swith near crossroads teleporter - teleporter needs to be disabled and then jump down to the pit .. but i cannot figure how push the switch (it is on the opened pit)

Hall of Thoughths - at the end there is alcove with a switch - switch temporarily covers pits on crossroad where is the next switch ...
