I got the crush log file from 2.1.16, but i forgot to write down e-mail. Also there could be mistakes there, because it shows difficulty "normal" instead of "hard" and OldSchool Mode "false" insead of "true"

Reporting in that the 2.1.17 patch indeed fixed this issue, at least for me.
