That's unstable design and ~ideally~ should be corrected in the next patch. It sounds like it's one of those things that just never happened to them.

I can't reproduce the bug here. I've tried putting items on and off the plate by clicking rapidly, as well as combining moving with picking up an item. If someone could post more detailed step-by-step instructions, I could take a closer look at the issue

You don't need to click a lot (4 to 6 clicks are enough to do it) but you need to click fast and i mean: really fast!

place -> pick up -> place - pick up -> place -> pick up

When done fast enough the teleporter stays on while the pressure plate is not pressed. Do it again and all is back to normal.

Thanks, I got it to reproduce! Seems like I just wasn't quick enough in my first tries.

The bug will be patched in the next released version (for the curious: I replaced the timer with delayedCalls).

There is another bugged entrance to patch (if it's not been done already). It's a super simple fix. Tomb_pressure_plate_26 in the pyramid is set to trigger by items, but this can lock you out of the room with no reentry; [unless this is intentional].
