Anyone knows how to remove sound effect for light/darkness spells?

You would need to redefine the sounds "light" and "generic_spell" to silence. However, many things other than darkness use the "generic_spell" sound: shields, invisiblity, etc. so you would have to manually play the "balance" sound when casting those in onCastSpell.
