Floor 3, Can't find 2nd Iron key?

Floor 3, Can't find 2nd Iron key?

I just got past the rotating teleport, and cleared the whole spider egg room, Found the longsword and One iron key, but when I went to the door to use it, its only 1 out of 2 keys required to open it, I literally searched EVERYWHERE, and i can't find the 2nd out, help!

Right..but now the question is..how to get a sacrifice in there..
