Don't want any spoilers; but I am just starting level 3; haven't found any bows yet. About typical for others?

You missed a short bow, but there will be another short bow and two crossbows (aweosmesauce) down the way. I only went down to th7 floor.

Ok I give up, wheres the damn bow, I restarted, and still cant find a bow in lvl 2 or 3

The first bow (I think) is where you meet the skeleton archer, a clever triple puzzle to get it though.
