Hate to say this but the last time I 'saw' that kind of distortions of graphics ended with a new video card... the video card had a ram chip going and it was corrupting the graphics

To check for a driver bug Corpekata could try a driver 6 months to 1 year back if possible.

To check for failing hardware try ATITool's stress tests. If they show corruption at stock clocks then the hardware is likely bad. You could try underclocking a bit.

A very small percentage of video cards are just slightly unstable at their factory clocks in certain corner cases and backing off 5-10% on GPU and memory clocks can restore stability. Myself, even in these rare cases I would get the card replaced under warranty to have 100% of what I purchased.

I solved my problem.
This was the last driver.

I downgrad this one and everything is back to normal.
