You should be able to run the game unless something very specific was accidentally broken.
That being said, your ability to run the test does not guarantee you will get equivalent performance throughout the game. The test was more of a compatibility test for various hardware types, not so much for performance. There are certain to be more demanding scenarios in the actual game with more objects and AI running.
