Don't feel bad vorebane, there are so many factors involved in making these that sometimes people getting stuck is the only way to truly debug your dungeon. Just do your best to solve the problem and communicate with the players to help however you can. I released 5 versions of HH2 AFTER going 1.0. Sometimes fixing an issue even caused another unthinkable problem I never anticipated.

The designer can never anticipate all the ways his work might be interpreted.
That is the number one designing tip to live by.
