You found the sequencis key, the slug maze key, and the skeleton key?
The first is through a teleporter that leads to four places, in which you need to kill a slug then pass a crab. The second is in a maze of teleporters with a few tricks, one shelf holds a key and the other an amulet. The third is in a hidden room you need a skeleton to hold open for you. Did you do all of those things?

Whoever told you you would need 4 keys lied. 3 Round keys unlock the exit to level 7. The 4th Round key is totally optional.

I finished it, found the key where the soldiers were at.
