Ha, that's great! It's just what I want!
(can the crown be made less tall/stretched, to better match the in-game crown model?)

You can create "armor" by texture or I can put that armour on the snail if oyu wish...

well I placed game crown on his head but it looks ugly so I stretchet it a little bit... if you want the original I can do it, but I preffer this one...

hmm, maybe an in-between one to compare
And I'd love to see that armor on it (although your spikes already work pretty well)

I dont like how the snail kings crown looks like. There must be better way to represent superiority of the king snail. Like in this picture:
