Compared to the previous previous screenshot, I see that hands are much improved. Also, there are legs now visible, so perhaps there were not finished when you posted white mummy screenshot.wallasaurus wrote:Here's the current WIP, need to add head bandages and then it's probably fast to the finish.![]()

As for head bandages, I would leave it as it is now, perhaps add glowing dark, red eyes instead.

He is coming - had to do a lot of work to export the anims to work properly.

I have a new request from the Legends of the Northern Realms project.
We're looking into having npcs.
This means we badly need "monsters" for use as such.
To make it simple to start off, I'd much like Sort of unisex human (for easy retexturing)

Just tested it. Mummy looks, moves, attacks and dies just awesome.
Congrats on making the first custom monster in LoG!
As for the options, I would like to ask for a kobold. There're good reasons to pick a kobold:
- A small, annoying humanoid creature (kobold or a gremlin) that will be perfect for early stages of many dungeons. Many dungeons start with snails, which is boring quickly.
- If you design the attack animation as a backhand (somewhat similar to tennis playing) with small dagger in hand, then it will be plausible to have both melee attack or a throwing monster.
- Kobold could be used in mid-game as a monster that steals something and then runs away. It would be a new kind of challenge - to catch up and beat up a running away monster.
- Once grimwidgets becomes more mature, it will offer the ability to have GUI interactions. Kobold (or any living humanoid) could then act as NPC that would sell you something needed (e.g. a key) or give you a quest.
- Kobolds are just mean little creatures and it's a lot of fun to kick their sorry asses
