Two notes about the entry and exit teleporters: First, I think they should be set to only affect the party, so we don't need to worry about extra monsters wandering in from other levels. Second, the submission email could specify the exact coordinates and facing where the party is supposed to appear when arriving from above or below. Sometimes that will be obvious, such as if the entry/exit teleporter is at the end of a cul-de-sac, but other times the right location may be less clear.
All good Points, also there will be a brief playtesting period. in case someone mixes up their x,y,z.

My dungeon is more about atmosphere and Monster AI (things that can't really be conveyed in a picture), so here's a video instead.
VIDEO: Skeletal Warrior patrol maching in formation and ignoring the player in "The Descent," my submission for the Community Frankendungeon 2012.

I know that's a lot of work to do that! Looking very promising!
I'm sure you have more tricks up your sleeve too.

at I thought "this video is sorta boring", but then I thought "wait a minute, HOW THE HECK DID HE GET THEM TO MARCH AROUND THAT PATHWAY?!?!?!?" and now I'm very impressed!

Hehe..thanks, guys! I have a lot of respect for both of you, so that really means a lot. They'll also open doors and chase you down.
Now if I can figure out how to patrol:destroy() I'll be all set (because they're actually made up of a warriorx4, I keep getting a global nil error)! For the test, I've made a temporary substitution...unless people like it, then it'll be permanent! <--(resolved, thanks to Komag)

Although I've been working on my own project for what feels like an eternity. I might just join. What do you think the SL for an 'archer hell' would be? As in large quantities of archers in situations, such as very large rooms and long hallways. very much favoring them.

Depends on how good your players are.
In the original game, they first show up in level three, with a higher concentration in level four and up.
[EDIT] Sorry about the map discussion; I've tidied up the thread and started a new one related to my map. The download is now available, seems to be pretty steady, and I'd greatly appreciate anyone who wishes to try it out (with a public apology to Brodie for getting a broken map).
