I'll also throw it out there... I've been listening and playing heavy metal
for over 20 years and I've never even heard of GWAR.

Some kind of bad dress-up band as far as I can tell from youtube

I've hear of gwar and wasp but can't say I've ever heard a single song by either of them. Lamb of god I do know though, and totally not impressed, they're doing exactly what slayer and pantera did first.
