Hi Nathaniel
Are you sure you pulled the leaver hidden at the top of the island outcrop next to where the chest is? It actives a light bridge and should let you get at the chest.
The disappearing blocks seem to be a know bug - if you use the reset lever it makes them disappear rather than resetting them...

Maybe... Yes! I lowered the lever next to the light bridge appeared. At least, as soon as I lowered the hidden lever, there was a signal, and game wrote that I had found the secret. Actually, it also allowed me to go to the lower left corner of the map and dive for the bag. But the spear door near the chest doesn't open...
But there is one of the bars in the lower left corner of the map has a pressure plate on which it is necessary to stand up to press the plate. That this plate I can't get into. Perhaps for this reason spear door to the trunk and doesn't open?
-----
And I can't understand... How to open the spear door in the Eastern Zhaoze, for which there is a dead knight? I go past it and every time I try to understand it...

It might actually be the empty chest that triggers this. There is a scroll that says it's better to give than receive. There was a chest on an "island" that was empty and putting seomthign in it triggers...maybe that spike door?

That drove me insane too. You need to finish the beach part of the Realm of Consciousness to open it...so you can't do anything about it until much much later in the game.

Well. And it is true! It slipped from my mind. Thank you!

Yeah... I can't get there yet... I'll think!
=====
Now I'm not at home, so I can not make screenshots or savegame.
But I have a few questions ...
1. I can't find... maybe musical instrument in order to open a spear door in Easter Zhaoze.
2. I have found in several locations stone circles similar to the circles of call from the original game. I tried to dig it, but found nothing. Maybe I need to find the call horn?
3. In one of the locations on the beach with stone circle I have found a portal but to enter into it in my way spear doors with three sides. How to open this spear doors and enter in the portal?

Well, that ended my little journey!
It was incredibly wonderful!!
Once again I want to thank the creator of the "Isle of the Deranged" for his work! A year ago I noticed a lot of reviews for this addon but it could not pass. Ever wanted to write that to solve some of the mysteries I fought a few days and one or two of these riddles I'm trying to solve more than a week! And never solved the riddle... However there were several of these puzzles.
I will not go into details and describe their adventures. I will only say that it was great!
So I just present a few of my favorite screenshots from the game!
I would also like to thank the creator for having "saved" me from the final scene of the "true final" fight with the island master from the original game.
It was not a fight but pandemonium horror!
P. S. I also would like to see at least someone replied to my three questions outlined in a previous post. I have not found a solution to these problems...

The 'Creator' is an evil fucker who has inadvertently abandoned the project.
Seriously, I've been so busy that I haven't had the time to fix that Grimwern Block issue. It annoys me that it is like that because it was working well until a forum member told me to change it; "add a reset lever"
Thank you to all the forum members who have helped everyone when they needed it. It's good that the forum works so well.
I don't feel my puzzles are too taxing, but they are not necessarily consistent. I did this so that people could venture around and attempt other puzzles. However, this only works if you eventually solve the one (or many puzzles) that you are stuck on.
Just pay close attention to the clues and realise that they may open far away or closely to where the puzzle is. I'd love to have a walkthrough for it, but it's extremely difficult to make one when it's such an open-world mod.
I'll try and respond when I can, but it's difficult when you're so busy.
Oh, and I'm glad people are enjoying it.

I finally have some free time to edit the mod, so I'll try to get around to it in the next few weeks.
I was working on another mod, but, I didn't have the time to complete it.
I'll try to work on it in the near future.
Cheers!

Great dungeon and mod!

After 3 evenings I have only 7lvl and it's still interesting to play. Thanks to the author!
Several questions from Excavation Site map:
1) What should be done with the Mistery Box? Is it just a way to waste a lockpick?
2) How to open force fields in the Refuge of the Greedy?

Hey, Olegol.
1) All of the Mystery boxes are... Mysteries!

Use the lockpicks to see what you may find, or what happens.
2)
If you're referring to the Focefields that are still 'on' after you defeat the Mimics, then you cannot disable them. They are for display purposes. I did that on some occasions around the world map to ensure that the world seems as though it has been designed by someone or something. That's not to say that that all forcefields are like that.
I'm glad you're enjoying it. That's why I made it.
