It's true...your sense of movement is what sells these, Leki.Polytize Me, Cpt.! wrote:Great work! I really like how the animations are turning out. You have a pretty good sense of timing! Can't wait to see more!

Just brought these beholders to my mod for testing purpose... All I can say: I lift my hat to you and your skills, sir!
Awesome, as well as the Slugmorog monster... You keep the stuff coming. For my catacomb level, I already await the ghoul team up with the sword-wielding skeleton for every party´s nightmare!

Ghoul: Second look
Early test of monster walking . It's still WIP - I will polish animations, but it's good to see how main idea works. Ghoul is cripled (right leg) and his walking is partly "grotesque". I tried to put in some "unsure movements and shaking of bones" - some keys are not smooth yet, but on the first watch it looks good I guess.

Phenomenal!!!
That may well be the creepiest creature I have ever seen in LoG. The loping gait is just fantastic.
A definite must for multiple mods!

I love the swaying of his shoulders and neck as he walks. That kind of thing is what really sells your monsters. Very creepy.Leki wrote:Ghoul: Second look

and here you keep on claiming "ï'm not an animator" dude thats the best custom movement fitting a creature up to date, the crooked inhuman shamble on that ghoul fits like a glove (although i could imagine that them skinny legs were pretty hard to animate, looks like a real precision work) you certainly have talent for this combined with a shear iron will to not be beaten by projects you take onLeki wrote:Ghoul: Second look

respect for populating the log universe with the horrors whome we so desire, very cool stuf
p.s. how did the scaling /size of static work out for ya (wuz it right or wrong? or did it give you any other troubles) just for future reference (i noticed that scaling in gmt is a bit of a strange buisnes, hence i did ,and do mine in blender mostly).

good work leki!
Also, if anyone is doing modelin and texturing and is stuck or so on, I can always answer questions.
