I'm a programmer myself, and while this can be seen "relaxed" (fault of the user), I think this could be done more robust. If a software designer has the chance to make some gui dialog without to much work more "idiot proof" and prevent potential "misinterpretions" of users to do something they may regret (like starting a game with a party of no-names), do it!but I agree, this might be a matter of taste here
