You guys are really evil!
Preordering the game and denying AH the 15% they would get if you wont be so eager to buy something you cant play anyways.
Not preordered, I wait until full price release

Agreed. I think AH deserved everything has been talked before. I think they are doing a great job.

Is it not money now/ money in the bank next week? Money before the game even has a public release?
*I would hope that the arrangement is not lump sum after the 15th.
