Mine Tileset Error?

Mine Tile set error I think.
Been trying to add mine floor tiles at a higher height like (floor 0 and ceiling 3 but It looks like it's out of line.Hanging halfway to the ground.
It happens when I add the mine wall set surrounding the floor. Anyone else seen this?
