How to make it so a clock only activates when I tell it to.

Not sure what you mean by that...

You must know by now if you mod a LOG2 MoD how clocks/timers work?

If not .. please be more detailed.

I want it so that when i step on a pressureplate (floor trigger, press a button) etcetera it will activate the timer.

  • Select the plate
  • In the properties along the right, choose the plus button where it says Connectors
  • Then click the question mark next to 'select target'
  • Then click on the timer.
Now, stepping on the plate, activates the timer.

You can change the defaults, or even add another connector, choosing onDeactivate, and choosing stop or pause; and that will stop or pause the timer when they step off the plate.

Mind that a timer will start emediatly if you havn't unchecked the "timer"-component in the editor.
