I just met my first spider and one of my party members got poisoned, so he is losing HP and it's really annoying. Does the affect wears off eventually or is there somekind of antidote?

It wears off after some time. If you rest you regenerate health quicker than it damages you, wouldn't try that near death though.

You can also make an antivenom potion by mixing Empty Flask and a Cave Nettle using the Mortal and Pestle.

But as mentioned, resting cures the poison quite effectively.

Touch the blue crystal instead, resting using to much food up, do this to often and you will run out of food... (well I did!)
