Different version of the installer on GOG and Humble Store

Guys, first of all thanks for this game, it really has given chills of pleasure down my spine after years of insipid gaming.
After an initial purchase on GOG I've decided to support you directly and I bought a copy also from your website and I noticed that there is a discrepancy between the versions of the game
GOG - V 1.0.06 - 435 MB
Humble Store - V 1.1.3 - 461 MB
I'm pretty sure that this will be fixed in a near future but I thought to send you a note about that.
Furthermore, could I gift the drm free copy to a friend?
