" Feed Me "

I found a secret room in lvl 3 with stairs tolvl 4.
In that place there is a rock face in the wall and a message that says "feed me" I tried everythin: eating foot, throwing food to the face, rocks, weapons, ingredients..... anything works
I am missing something?
