Level 8 help "lightning dodge"

I believe i have cleare most of level 8, however, i got in this 1 room with a spider who activates lightning balls from the mouths to kill you.
i killed the spider easily enough ... but now i think i messed it up, there is one gate(south side) that i have still not gone in, and ive thrown things across the pitfalls to no avail?
Oh mr spider, why did i kill you?

DONT FRET, your supposed to kill that spider, in that room there are ...
TWO hidden buttons ... i think ... press both, and youll be free =D

typical distraction tactics!
thank you my friend,
i know ive missed a fair bit, but ive been doing ok on my own till now
was so focused on pressure plates i didnt even think to check the walls! i fell down the pitfalls several times to try and get mr spider to spawn(like how the hall of fire worked)

I cant seem to find a way to get into this room :O is there a switch or button that ive missed? 9ive found everything else in level 8)

HINT: Check the note that you find by one of the doors and compare to maps.

ya ive gotten through all of level 8, teh room i meant was the room with the lightning and spoider running about. everything else ive found.

There's a whole, sort of "maze" section leading off the tunnel that shoots lightning down it that'll eventually lead you into there.

ah thanks, i went back and realized i forgot about the 4 pressure pads
