Different HUDs in Gameplay pictures

I have noticed that the HUDs of in game pictures I have seen vary some times. There have been 3 different configurations that I have noticed

1- Team pictures and hands in a 2x2 square in bottom right of screen
2- Solid bar at the bottom of the screen with team pictures on one side and hand slots on the other side
3- Team pictures in the top left corner and hands in the bottom right corner.

Now I have tried all the keys on my keyboard, read the instructions and FAQ's and tried all the in game options and can not for the life of me figure out how to cycle through these huds.
Are these Game shots from beta tests or from different platforms or what?

Yep, the other layouts existed in earlier versions, final release has only one config for this.
