I've found a note with blob on it. Cant really remember on what level was it. Can you help me?

I've found another note like this one. on lvl 7 and it was easy to find. but I cannot find the place like the one with blob on my map.

I just did not see the first secret room (I havent discovered it on my map 
). Stairs that leads to blobs are in a secret room of a secret room.
