personally I wouldn't bother using that, use this instead and print out the graph paper yourself

and thank Darklord for the link

Yes, the PDF is not really fit for proper printing.
It's a non-standard page size, like 8.27 x 11.69 or something weird like that.

Well you can select scale to fit in your print options, that way it will fit whatever paper you use.

Its non-standard size will still lead to borders. For example, if you "fit to" 8.5x11, you will have borders down the left and right side because it has to shrink the image to get that 11.69 down to 11. It will shrink the 8.27 down in the process to maintain the ratio.
You'd have to "stretch" it to avoid that, in which case your grid would no longer be made up of squares.
Bottom line, it's not going to be pretty unless you want to manually cut the edges off the pages after printing them. I'm sure the team is busy, but perhaps they would be willing to give the original document to some volunteer that could re-work it to properly fit an 8.5x11 page.

I'd be glad if they fix the graph paper too

I'd prefer if they focus their energies on the game, map editor, possible second platform, etc. The graph paper border may be a problem to some, but I have scissors....not to brag or anything.

It should be standard A4 format...

Or that's what I was imagining of doing.

Err, sorry for the "non-standard" statement above. You are correct, it IS A4 standard. That means it's only a "problem" for we douches on the other side of the pond that still cling to "US Letter" standard.
Your A4 is 8.27 x 11.67 inches (210 x 297 mm)
Our US Letter is 8.5 x 11 inches (216 x 279 mm)

Problem easily solved; add US Letter version to the preorder goodies!
