AI error "Vault" Level

In the Vault level, the area with the room of pressure plates that spit poison... I was able to glitch "most" of the creatures. I didn't try to replicate it and just thanked the code gods for saving me from needing to reload too many times... 
Here's the sequence of events...
Pull the lever, see all spawned creatures, run to the furthest side of the room (away from the lever) then run down the pressure plates and hide in the alcove). Crab walks past me and stays there, spider walks behind him (and seems to want to keep going (faces left -- let's me kill it), another creature (crab?) moves in place -- dies but fights back, original crab moves back and forth in front of alcove but doesn't attack.
I might be missing a monster in there. I think only one of them attacked.
