Is there anything to do after finishing the game? There is no monster respawn, I think. So what to do? Is this game for one time only? I would not want to make that happen. I loved this game and I want to play it over and over again BUT ALWAYS WITH MY PARTY! I want to develop my characters to hight level! If dev team decide to make additional dungeons it would be nice, but only for the second time, what after that? I don't want to play any dungeons created by modders, I accept only original ideas of dev teams. Whether it will be possible to import my old team anyway? Starting a new game from the begining over and over again does not make sense for me.
Since 2000 I play another dungeon crawler Demise till now. Why? Because there is a monster respawn, 999 is a max character level, tons of items, so there are planty goals to achieve.
This is my ideas to extend the life of Legend of Grimrock:
3 difficulty modes, just like in diablo, normal/nightmare/hell, unlocked after killing final boss. Every higher difficulty with stronger monsters, more powerfull items and monster respawn. 50 max level for skills is OK, but there need to be two things a) possibility to level up above level 50 (+1 HP per level for example) and b) many powerfull items with high level character requiments. All this, to have a goal.
I only play games that gives me some long-term goals. Please do something like that for Legend of Grimrock. I want to thank you for this great game anyway.

Simply dungeons of Grimrock must be only the first episode at long journey in Notrhern Realms!
Take an example from the Telltale games, episodes - best choice for non-fever development.
And, all of us awaits of remakes of old RPG on your game engine!

The short answer is for now there will be nothing, it's too soon... There will be an expansion if I understand well... Let them fix the game first then get to it...
There is a little surprise from devs for the replay value provided you do the right thingies and match the requirement... But I wont say more (after all, if I found it, you can as well)
