Please don't tell me I have to redo all of Level 4

So...
I just finished Level 4...killed all those weird lizard thingys after placing the scrolls. But now I notice that the teleporters are gone too.
I never got the key to open the locked door to the left of the gate to Level 5. I never disabled the teleporter in the center of the square room. I was going to get that after I placed the scrolls.
Good lord do I really have to do all of Level 4 again?!?!?!

No you don't have redo it look around a bit.
If i remember correctly one of the alcoves opened to let the buggers out has a switch or button that turns them back on.

Some new areas opened up to the left and right of where you put the scrolls, you should check them

Good news - you don't have to redo all of level 4.
In one of the areas the little lizards came from, there is a lever that will reactivate the teleporters.
