Self-imposed challenges
Due to the fact quicksaving-loading in PC games is a common feature, I like to put some "limiters" for my games.
For this game, I was wondering if it would make sense (Gameplay-wise) to only limit my saving for when I'm near those healing stones they talked about in the Kotaku preview.
In JRPGs, I always loved reaching that sweet save spot where I can save and recharge my health and MP, so I'll do the same here.
Any challenges you have in mind?

Close your eyes and use the sound alone.

I'm *fairly* certain a pacifist run is impossible in this game (or this genre in general).. =)

Even with 4 rogues? Is there stealth?
Re: Self-imposed challenges
I would think stealth skills wouldn't be too helpful against undead and giant spiders that probably superior/additional sensory abilities to your average human.Alaric wrote:Even with 4 rogues? Is there stealth?
Not to mention all these damn 2-person wide corridors everywhere...who designed this place anyway?!?!

Achievement: Rumbly Tummy - "Complete the game without your characters ever eating anything."
Re: Self-imposed challenges
If people don't eat anything, then tend to die for some reason. This is proven by countless experiments conducted by various well-meaning governments and private individuals.cokebottle wrote:Achievement: Rumbly Tummy - "Complete the game without your characters ever eating anything."

Re: Self-imposed challenges
Well, i guess i'll wait to play the game, before i give myself any additional challanges
Re: Self-imposed challenges
I'm thinking about a full naked run - complete the game with all 4 members of the party (and possibly the player
) having no clothing at all!
