Mystery marker on automap

Post by RayB »

I have created a beach area as level 1 in my mod. Every time I preview the mod in the dungeon editor and bring up the automap in full screen I have a note icon (the feather) on my map at tile 6, 27. There is no text. It is a blank note and I have no idea how it got there. Is there any way to get rid of this other than bringing up the automap and right-clicking on it every time I run the previewer?

Also, I have not done any work with the automap and can't seem to get the MapMarkerComponent methods to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you upload the editor files?

I have done no uploading on this forum. Could you please inform me as to how to go about it. Also, which file do you need? Should I just upload the mod_assets folder?

The common method is to zip (archive) the editor project folder, and upload the resulting file to a file host; then post the direct URL link via PM; so they can download it. Instructions for doing that vary with the file host.

Two free file hosts that come first to mind are Google Drive, and Dropbox; but there is also SpiderOak, and there are others, if looked for.
