Grimrock

I am rather impressed by this game, I was watching a gameing news video on you tube and this game was featured. I love the idea of an old school game like the ones i used to play as a kid in the 80's being made and updated. Dungeon Master and Captive were my favorites, and though I play several new games those old ones I still break out from time to time. Needless to say I was instantly hooked and had to preorder right away.

I am not easily impressed and just wanted to say, It is really nice to see what you all have put together and hopefully this game will have great success so we can get more such games in the future

I too simply couldn't wait to purchase the game after seeing the trailer - infact within 15 minutes, and 5 minutes were taken by the trailer, 5 minutes was taken to setup a GOG account and a further 5 minutes for PayPal to sort its mess out! lol

I see you mentioned Captive.... oh my I love that game.... when I got my 42" plasma it was the very first thing that was put on display by it..... yes I moved the sofa forward.... yes I did have paper and pen - like I needed that for the first 5 bases!..... and yes the wife was yelling at me to move it all back....

It didn't take me long either. gog's email about it. me googling grimlock over and over and not finding a thing. what the hell? grimROCK! And pictures of Fred Flintstone as Indiana Jones (I mean STONES! lol) appear in my head... Then I'm about to order from gog but go with direct after finding their official web site. total, about an hour or so. woo hoo!
