I'm sorry, this is probably a stupid question, but I'm stuck on level 10.

I can go to level 11, but it's a sealed level, then i need a "prison key" for level 12, but i can't find it !!!

There's a Room on level 10 that requires two Ornate Keys to open. You'll find both in the two areas to the north, the Shrine and the Caverns, Once inside, you'll spot a portal in the middle of the room. Enter it and you'll be sent to the Prison Key Room.
