Grimrock

Since all creature and hero units in HoMM5 have a 128x128 portrait it seemed natural to me to make a portrait pack out of them.
This portrait pack includes 39 portraits. You'll find knights, mages, assassins, minotaurs and all kinds of other creatures. There's even a lizard. All with the standard Grimrock background.

These graphics seem so far away from the Homm1/Homm2/Homm3 games I loved so much back in the day...

Every time I attempt to get into HOMM4+ I'm repelled by the art style.

Well, Homm3 doesn't have portraits for creatures and the hero portraits are too low-res. Sorry. I'm working on some MTG portraits though.

I was just commenting on how the game has changed from the lovely game it used to be, and not just portrait wise.
