Hardware test not working

Post by alkerion »

Hi !

I've tried the hardware test on my machine and even if a msg congratulate me regarding all tests passed successfully I doesn't see anything but a flame :-(

What's wrong ?

As I've pre-ordered the game I hope that I'll be able to play it as soon as it's released (I just can't wait...) :-)

When you installed it, did you leave all the boxes checked in the install dialog? Or rather, did you just let it install everything it wanted to install?

Perhaps it has something to do with a texture type that your card can't interpret. Apparently a few cards have that problem, but it was fixed in the full release. Hopefully the team can explain what's going on.

Most likely you have some AA setting enabled in your driver options. The game does not support anti-aliasing or any edge smoothing for that matter and the results of this can be seen in your screenshot. I know because the exact same thing happened to me before, and one of the devs confirmed it as a 'known issue'.

You're the king :-)

Created a dedicated game profile without AA and it works !

Thanks a lot
