LoG won't update

Hello I'm updating the game but it is stuck at "Preparing to launch update...". Is anyone else having this problem?

have you tried closing down Steam and fully restarting it?

It's updated now, but I can't find the dungeon editor.

No probs, I didn't see it myself until I started a new game, then quit it.
