I recall a dungeon crawler i used to play on Amiga. (amiga 500 i think)
The plot was (roughly) that the dungeon was a prison to a very evil and very powerfull wizard. THe evil wizard has somehow reawaken and starts to spread his infuence over land. A party of four is to reach him and slay him while he is still weak.
You had only one predetermined party of four: a warrior, a cleric, a druid, and a mage (could be warlock). The four casters were progresing in different pace - druid ( i think) was next to useless at first, but very powerfull on higher levels.
Party had to eat and drink. There was fountain in wall on one of first levels.
I remember some quest. On first levels 1-4 there was a large open area, where there was w big ogre. this creature could not be harmed, until a special magicial sword war found. The sword was also good by itself and served well for couple of next levels.
The other quest i remember, was one with invisible creatures , concentrated also in a big open area. This creatures could not be defeated untill a mask usable only by druid was found. THe druid had to be however moved to be leader of party. Once visible, the creatures looked like giant centipedes.
What game it was?

Re: What game it was?
Its definitively Black Crypt. It was my first RPG (and Dungeon Crawler) I ever bought. I am replaying it at the moment in WinUAE in preparation for Legend of Grimrock,
