As title suggest for ex. what a spawner is and does?

*head tilt* I'm not sure I understand what you want.
A spawner spawns things. *shrug*
You can check the asset definition reference and the scripting reference in the modding tab for more info.

Sorry didn't scroll far enough down reference page, looked like script at a glance so I jumped the gun.
And I can guess what a spawner is but it isn't defined in reference.
