[Request] Pit Options

I would like to request more Options for the pits in the editor.
Particularly
- Spiked pits(should be standard): Do not connect to the next level. Just do damage and then require that you climb out.
- Shafts: Current functionality
- Laddered shafts: A floor/ceiling tile that allows decent/ascent to another level.

I think it'd be hard to have a way of falling that doesn't bring you down a level.
If I were to start anywhere, it would be floor_drainage models as they have a container under them.

And if someone tackles pits, I think we could use "continuous" pits and ceiling shafts, meaning they wouldn't have the borders that the current pits and shafts have. Naturally, this would also mean we would need separate edge, middle and corner pieces. I'd do it if I could do modeling, and I will do if I ever learn to. Not going to be in the near future, though. I have lots to learn.
