floating objects

Hi!
I am noob, but eager to learn modding.
Is there any way too make floating objects like healing crystal? I want to make sword to float in air. It would be nice way to pick up magical swords.

Is that animated, by the way? Or does it just kind of hang in the air?

This post has some tips for the new modder, including the floating objects. This way just lays it flat out,kinda ugly compared to neikuns above, but needs no scripting. The thread above (that leads to Neikuns Floating vertical sword), also has sword hooks to hang one on a wall earlier in the post. It is just plain gorgeous.

Just hangs there. Not sure how I would go about attaching a particle system of light to it
