Character Burdened before to reach max carrying capacity

I have a minotaur, his character panel shows 71.8/81kg in yellow. I have the sound highlighting the problem and the slower walking. Isn't this a bug? This character has 22 STR

That's not a bug. A character is burdened when it carries more then 85% of it's max capacity.

Thanks for the clarification, I realized it only when I noticed it with another character. With a character with a higher STR there's more chance to notice it because the difference between 100% and 85% is bigger.
