is this possible? like to put torch holders n such in place and have them move with the door?

or do i have to (re)define new doors?

Create a secret door that uses the model of a torch holder, or whatever, and then open/close the fake decoration as you would any other door. Then when it's closed, delete it and replace it with the real version.
